Tip #1: Go into the interview with a plan and purpose. Do not just sit back and let the company ask the questions. Be prepared to give the top three reasons this job is the perfect fit.
Tip #2: Ask questions! Interviews are opportunities to set yourself apart from other candidates. A great question to ask might be, "What does your ideal candidate look like?" This question will allow the company to tell you what they are looking for. In turn, it will allow you to answer that question when asked.
Tip #3: Practice. Make sure you are prepared and the answers can roll off your tongue so when the day comes for the interview you can make the most of it.
